Deoxidizer packaging material selection:
Packing material should be choose according to the permeability of oxygen (below 20ml/m2.24h.25℃) , as following:
A: Long term circulation product in the market :
KPA/CPP 20/40 10ml/m2·24h·25℃
KOP/CPP 20/40 10ml/m2·24h·25℃
KPET/CPP 12/40 6-10ml/m2·24h·25℃；
B: Short-term circulation products in the market :
PET/CPP 12/40 60-80ml/m2·24h·25℃
PA/CPP 20/40 60-80ml/m2·24h·25℃
C: Unsuitable packaging material for using oxygen scavenger: OPP/CPP 18/40 1500-2000ml/m2·24h·25℃
Calculation Method:
（A）Oxygen volume calculation of unfixed shape container: regular sahpe container : }*0.21
Oxygen volume (ml)={L*W*H(ml)-weight of the food in the package(g)/SG(1) }*0.21
（B）Oxygen volume calculation of unfixed shape container: }*0.21
Oxygen volume in the container(ml)={Volume of water(ml)-weight of the food in the package(g)/SG(1)}*0.21

Precautions for oxygen absorbers:
●Oxygen scavenger is packed in vacuum bags ; If air is leaking from bags, please don’t use it.
●If your food is packaged by bag, you’d better separate the oxygen absorber from the food by soft tray , be sure of soft tray will not break the packing bags.
●When oxygen absorbers are exposed to the air, it will absorb the oxygen immediately. Make sure of packing finished in half an hour. When the vacuum bag was opened, overlapping the oxygen absorbers will make it calorific and produce lots of vapors. That will lower its oxygen uptake and cause the oxygen absorbers sticking together.
●Oxygen absorber is a non-toxic and safe product. Do not eat & microwave . Please note it on the your package.
● After opening the vacuum bag, the oxygen absorbers will rel-ease heat when it absorbs oxygen. In order to keep its effect,please spread out the oxygen absorbers from the vacuum bag during use.
